Description

Reduced Sodium Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base is made by combining pureed carrots, celery, onions and tomato and aromatic seasonings. It has one-quarter less salt than our Original Bases, conforming to FDA requirements for reduced sodium levels. Better than Bouillon blendable bases easily spoon right out of the jar and let you add as much, or as little, flavor as desired. From marinades, glazes and vegetables to soups, sides and slow cooker dishes, Reduced Sodium Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base adds flavor to all your favorite dishes. Each jar of Better Than Bouillon makes 9.5 quarts of broth and contains 38 servings. Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Vegetable Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice or pasta with more flavor. Only 1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon: = one cube or one 8 oz. can Broth. Refrigerate after opening.
