It is fully fermented as a traditional Sauvignon Blanc, then gently dealcoholized using spinning cone technology to preserve aroma and varietal character. The result is a crisp, aromatic, and fruit-forward non-alcoholic wine with bright citrus and tropical notes and a dry, refreshing finish.
