Description:
Zodiak IPA is a house IPA from Omnipollo, brewed with a blend of grains and hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial. The ABV sits around 6.2%.   It’s designed to showcase hop flavour in a way that’s both approachable and interesting.
Taste & Texture:

• Aroma and flavour lean into citrus (grapefruit, orange), tropical fruit notes, and a bit of pine or resin from the hops. Beer Review

• Medium body, slight haze/opacity, smooth yet with enough backbone to hold up the hop character.

• Finish tends toward hoppy bitterness balanced by the malt base.
